Pneumatically operated and electrically heated glue press for one-sided bars as well as for U-bars

A heavy duty stand-alone unit with a standard working width of 1300mm (any width up to 2300mm is available).

4 KW heating element with temperature control.

Optional: 15 bar air compressor, 1.5 KW, with 150 liter buffer tank

Built-in working table for full width support of blankets. Table is suited for support during glue application (glue gun and valve are optional)
Uniform temperature control of glue side platen to max 200° C.
Unique pressure principle ensures extremely uniform pressure, up to 100 tons, across the full width.
The construction ensures a fast, easy, safe, and 100% repeatable process.
